It can be a reason that input 4 times wrong password or username for login.
If you input 4 times wrong password or username then our system can lock out you for 20 minutes. Its mean you can not log in within 20 minutes, and you have to wait 20 minutes to log in. After 20 minutes if you do the same mistakes 4 times then our system will lockouts increase lockout time to 24 hours.
